You can set the size of how QuickTime Player opens its window. This is it its initial size only, but the aspect ratio is preserved. If you zoom in on a part of the image, this is also saved in the movie.The pan, tilt and field of view can also be altered with html. Apple's guide
If you want to show the image on a web page, you can save the html code for this as well. In either a separate html file or copied to the clipboard.
