MKV (Matroska) is a container format for video and audio. File Juicer does not decode or convert the video and audio streams inside — for that you need a dedicated converter.

What File Juicer Can Extract from MKV

MKV files frequently carry embedded attachments alongside the video:

• Cover art Album or movie artwork stored as JPEG or PNG inside the file
• Subtitles Subtitle tracks stored as text files (SRT, ASS, SSA)
• Fonts TrueType or OpenType fonts embedded for subtitle rendering
